i cried as i watched th reports on the earthquake. how the little girl, who is now an orphan because the quake killed both her parents, cried, silently stifling her sobs as China's president(wen jia bao) told her that th govt will take care of her. it was so heart wrenching. you see mothers crying in th rain asking whether their child is still alive amidst th collapsed buildings and hearing "他是我们唯一的孩子，没有了他我们活着还有什么意思" you feel their pain. you see pictures of how schools now hv became th grave of so many little kids with caption as" 花朵般的孩子永远地睡着了" &you see reports whrby Mr wjb slipped and fell, suffered a rather deep cut but pushed medics away as he walked t whr 50 bodies lay, thr wordlessly, he bowed thrice t them, tearing. the kind of (i dno wht t call it) he displayed as he shouted into the phone: 我不管你们怎么样，我只要这10万群众脱险, 这是命令! before he slammed th phone. how he surveyed the debris of a school building knowing that thr are many still trapped under and shouted , voice trembling "孩子们我是温家宝爷爷，你们要挺住啊！你们一定会的救的!"so many new orphans, so many parents who lost their only child. imagine tht kinda pain when one day you lose your entire family and might not even find their body which probably is buried deep under blocks of cement.

please, Lord i pray tht You will heal these people. You will work miracles and enable t whole saving operation t go smoothly. the snowfall, olympics boycotts, recent train collision and now the earthquake, most serious ever in 30 yrs. enough calamities befalled on China this year and its only may. 30 yrs ago, an earthquake w the same magnitude occurred in China claiming 250 000 people's lives. please dont let history repeat itself. th strength of this quake is equivalent t 240 atomic bombs tht america dropped on japan. its tht scary. Lord, i trust in You with all my heart. please answer my prayers and stop th hurt. i think th quake needs much more prayers than any of sa's match for whatever sport.
